Returns
Due to the power bites perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns.
TRIBE POWER BITES provides refunds for defective food products purchased directly from our website: tribepowerbites.com. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer the product was purchased from subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. TRIBE POWER BITES has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by TRIBE POWER BITES to be defective, TRIBE POWER BITES will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, TRIBE POWER BITES will issue a TRIBE POWER BITES gift card in the amount of the purchase price . Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) , custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. Unfortunately after that, TRIBE POWER BITES will not process a refund request.

How do I request a refund?
To start a return, you can contact us at vibewithtribe@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please have your order number and the credit card or gift card you used to make your purchase handy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product. When returning a (defective) gift, you will receive your refund on a TRIBE POWER BITES gift card.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a digital TRIBE POWER BITES gift card.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
